No. I see the local economy as different, so if I had a business with local real estate then I would treat it as a local business and adjust my equities portfolio accordingly, should I care to. I would treat having a personal residence differently local economy as well, but not really considered part of my investments assuming I plan to live in it (or something similar) indefinitely..

From feelings come a few words, a sentence, an adjective or two, an emotional reaction written down.
